At AZOMME, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


📅 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.


✅ Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging

📧 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at azommesuport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided — return shipping is on us
  4. Send the item to the address indicated in our instructions
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.


🔄 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
