Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping is free and takes 5–8 business days. Express Shipping costs €9 and takes 3–5 business days.

Available destinations are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update.
Are there customs fees?
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Email azommesuport@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want.
