ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

GLOBAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Every order includes free standard shipping — no minimum required. We deliver to Portugal, France, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many more countries.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may apply:
- Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering
- AZOMME has no control over customs delays or fees once dispatched
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AZOMME is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@azomme.com before dispatch.
SHIPPING DELAYS
AZOMME is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
AZOMME operates on a made-to-order model. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@azomme.com
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
